Return and Refund Policy
At Petite Palates, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for food items. Instead, we encourage donating any unwanted products to a local food bank or a family in need to support children in your community.
However, if you receive an item that is (a) significantly damaged upon arrival or (b) incorrect, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping, taxes, and handling fees.
To request a resolution, please contact our Customer Service team at info@petitepalates.com within seven days of receiving the item. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or order issue.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within approximately 5–10 business days from the date we receive your request. The refunded amount will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
